Gamay is a great variety to use for sparkling because of its high acidity and lighter fruit profile. This sparkling rosé has a beautiful and exuberant color and was made using the Champagne method. It spent one year in tirage and was bottle fermented dry with only 2 g/l dosage.

The Label:
The color of the wine evokes the precious metal, rose gold, or in French translation, “or rose.” This label is a play on words and images. A rose is both iconic and classic, especially in juxtaposition to itself. And a rosé by any other name…
