The Wine:
Our Dauenhauer vineyard is perfect for a gamay rosé. Made using direct press and stainless steel fermentation, this rosé is dry and vibrant. Bright acidity, lighter red fruits, and savory elements.

The Label:
I know, we put a bird on it. More precisely, a cliff swallow. The swallow ascends out of the mountain, expressing a sense of elevation hence “elevare,” the Latin verb meaning to lift up, or raise. These are inspirations from the wine itself: a rosé with dimension, focused and ascending.
